Get to Know Chris Peters
Founder, SEO Strategist, and Relentless Problem Solver for Small Businesses

Hi, I'm Chris
I started this agency with one simple goal: to help small business owners make more money by showing up where their best customers are already looking. That means dominating local search results, fixing underperforming Google Business Profiles, and turning overlooked pages into lead machines.
I'm not just here to move rankings; I'm here to move the needle on your bottom line. I've spent my career solving high-stakes problems in tech as a Site Reliability Engineer, keeping critical systems stable and efficient under pressure.
What drives me is seeing small businesses win. I believe that the local contractor with real skill and a strong work ethic should never lose out to a bigger company just because their online presence is weaker.

What I Believe In
Core Values at Duct Tape Digital
Profit-Driven SEO
Visibility means nothing without revenue. Every strategy I use is focused on bringing in more leads, better clients, and measurable growth.
Tenacity Over Templates
I don't rely on cookie-cutter solutions. If something's broken or confusing, I dig deep until it's solved.
Transparency Builds Trust
No smoke and mirrors. I'll tell you exactly what I'm doing and why — and how it's going to help your business grow.
Small Businesses Deserve Big Wins
The local pro who does excellent work should beat the giant brand with a bloated marketing budget. I make that happen.
Iteration is Power
I'm a firm believer that good work compounds. I test, tweak, and adapt constantly to keep your SEO working as hard as you do.

A Bit More About Me
I live in Portland, Oregon with my three kids, our dog, and a cat who thinks she's the boss of the house. My days bounce between parenting, problem solving, and helping clients win online — and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Outside of work, I have way too many interests. Depending on the week, I might be:
- • Rockhounding in the high desert or hunting for thunder eggs
- • Drafting public policy positions for the Libertarian Party of Oregon
- • Exploring the edges of my technical knowledge to get to v0 of my latest business idea
- • Jamming out to Weezer and Tom Waits with neighborhood dads
- • Exploring disaster resilience and ancient technology over at RebootBinder.net
- • Finding time to play Minecraft
Life's never boring — and neither is the work I do for clients. When I take on your project, you're getting someone who thinks deeply, tests relentlessly, and stays curious about everything.
